9,624 lower-income children received STO tuition grants in 2009!   MARCH 2010 ACT NOW!  STO Program is threatened! Many factors can limit access to education, including income, neighborhood, transportation issues or special needs. A family’s income or address should not prevent them from selecting the best school for their children.
