Ms. Wilger joined Iowa ACE as Executive Director in July 2006, after practicing law for 15 years in Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin. Her work in juvenile court prompted a deep interest in children’s issues, including education and school choice. Ms. Wilger graduated from Grinnell College with a B.A. in Economics, and earned a Jurisdoctorate Degree from Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
